Stephanie graduated from Kutztown University with a Bachelor of Science in 2003 and went on to obtain a Master of Science from Saint Joseph’s University in 2006. She started working at a small, 2 doctor general practice animal hospital during college. She worked in several areas of the hospital, but always found herself flocking to the front desk. As she transitioned from a receptionist, to the front desk supervisor, to the office manager and eventually the practice manager, she created a stable, fun and happy environment. Over the years Stephanie always focused on creating the best protocols and practices for herself, her team and her hospitals. Both hospital locations were AAHA Accredited and all staff were Fear Free Certified Professionals. Throughout her time working at the hospitals, Stephanie was continuously working towards her own management training and certifications. After her 18 years with the hospital, it had grown to have 2 locations, 8 veterinarians and 35 support staff. Stephanie has an interest in building relationships with people, and is beyond excited about this new role as Referral Relationship Manager at AESC. She can’t wait to get to know a new community of people, and their pets in Colorado.
When Stephanie is not a work, she enjoys spending quality time with her two children – Taylor & Harrison, her husband Joe and her rescue puppy JoJo. As a family they go skiing, hiking & biking together, and when Stephanie is solo she loves running. She enjoyed training for several large races in PA, but she can’t wait to sign up for her next race in the Rockies!
What Is A Referral Relationship Manager?
A Referral Relationship Manager ensures that we are meeting the needs of our loyal referring community. Stephanie will keep you updated on the happenings within our hospital while learning the needs of yours. Our goal is to be a resource for your hospital in both assisting in cases but also in supporting your medicine via phone and email consults. Stephanie is available to discuss our service offerings and also introduce our doctors to your team. She will also help schedule lunch and learn events, continuing education and tours of our hospital, if desired. Stephanie is a direct contact for you to our hospital. While you may always call the hospital, we want you to feel the additional layer of support in expediting answers to questions, connecting to one of our team members and/or addressing concerns.
