How do you communicate with me when my pet is under your care?

Owners of hospitalized pets will receive twice-daily medical updates from the specialty staff—once in the morning and once in the afternoon. If your pet has surgery, we will call you immediately after the procedure is complete to fill you in on the details. We continue to provide updates throughout the period that your pet is under our care. We ask that you designate one person to be the primary contact for your pet. This will make communication more seamless and eliminate confusion among family members.
